This policy covers the SwissCareerTalks Uploader information website and describes the intended local uploader workflow. The uploader is still being configured.

This website
This static website has no login, upload form, analytics scripts, advertising or application cookies. It does not receive Google authorization tokens or video files. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to deliver and protect it, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Planned YouTube integration
The uploader is intended to use YouTube API Services. Once implemented and authorized, it will send selected video files, titles, descriptions and chosen visibility settings to Google/YouTube. OAuth tokens, returned video identifiers and upload status are the data needed to authorize and track that workflow. We do not ask for Google passwords.
The intended design keeps authorization tokens and upload records on the operator’s computer, separate from this public website. No uploader storage or retention behavior is claimed to be operational yet. Before enabling uploads, this policy will be checked against the implemented permissions, storage locations and deletion controls.
Use and sharing
Authorized Google data is to be used only to perform the creator-requested publishing tasks. It will not be sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models. Selected upload content is transmitted to Google/YouTube; it is not intended to pass through this Cloudflare website. Use of Google API data will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Control and deletion
You can revoke an app’s access at any time in Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not delete videos already on YouTube. Manage or delete those videos in YouTube Studio. Contact the operator to request deletion of any app-held data; local token and record deletion controls must be in place before the uploader is used.

Google and YouTube process information under the Google Privacy Policy. Review it alongside this policy before authorizing the app.

Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes to data use will be explained before additional permissions are requested.
